For Returns/ Exchange:
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, we are happy to help.
The following return policy is only applicable on items sold on bloomingbuds.co.in You must meet all the criteria in order to be granted an exchange/return.
- Products can be exchanged for items of same or higher monetary value.
- Exchange must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery to the customer.
- Items will be exchanged only if they are in a good condition, are in the original packaging and the buyer has the invoice for the order.
- Sale items are not applicable for exchange.
You need to follow these steps in order to receive an exchange/ refund:
- Step 1: Write to us at email@example.com the reason for return/ exchange
- Step 2: Once we have authorized the return/ exchange you will receive an email/phone call from us.
- Step 3: Courier the product along with the original packaging and receipt to our office or we can schedule a reverse pick up if you wish so. The charges for the same will have to be borne by the buyer.

- Step 4: Once we have received your package and all is in good resaleable condition, PLEASE PLACE A FRESH ORDER FOR THE ITEM YOU WISH TO ORDER IN EXCHANGE. We will send out the exchange item to you or issue you store credits which you can use anytime within 1 year to make another purchase.
- For Returns, we will either issue you a store credit or refund the amount through the same source through which the payment was made. For COD orders, please share your bank account details our email firstname.lastname@example.org ;we will credit the amount back to the account provided by you.
If you’d like to cancel an order after making a purchase you can do so, free of charge, until your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Cancellations after dispatch are not permitted.
You will receive an email once your order has been confirmed from our end. You can send us an email on email@example.com requesting cancelation only until you receive another email from us confirming the shipment of the order.
